At Tehilas, we serve children who need extra academic and behavioural support. Without our intervention, they risk falling behind in mainstream classes, damaging their self-esteem and hindering their social integration. Your donation can change that.
Picture a child constantly pulled out of class, feeling disconnected from peers, and struggling academically. With your support, we can continue to create a nurturing environment, where every child can thrive academically and socially.
Tehilas’s staff is unparalleled. Under the guidance of the renowned Lea Schlesinger as their educational supervisor and the amazing teachers and support staff who are the warmest, most caring, most devoted individuals, we have created a warm and vibrant learning environment that both motivates and supports our students to excel in both Kodesh and Chol. Our goal is to give the students the support they need to help them succeed in the mainstream classroom. Within our short 5 years Tehilas has helped over 65 children, many of which have been successfully mainstreamed.
The biggest challenge we currently face in providing essential educational support for our children is the lack of government funding and navigating the Board of Education, which is a formidable task. But despite these obstacles, our commitment to our children's future remains steadfast. Tehilas remains unwavering in its commitment to provide each girl with the opportunity to realise her full potential by ensuring a supportive and stimulating school experience.
